We offer representative addresses at multiple locations in Switzerland, including Zurich and Zug. These locations provide flexible mail delivery options and access to local community services.
According to Swiss Code of Obligations, every company registered in the commercial register must also have a legal domicile, which is a postal address where the company can be reached at its headquarters. A company may either operate its own offices or opt for a so-called "c/o address." A simple mailbox or P.O. box is not sufficient.
The abbreviation "c/o" originates from English, meaning "care of," indicating that the company can receive correspondence at this address. A c/o address may be useful for your company for various reasons: perhaps you travel a lot and do not have or do not want your own office at this time, or you would prefer a more representative address for your business. A c/o address simplifies administrative processes for your business and ensures you are reachable at all times.
In addition to the representative address and digital mailbox, the package includes access to workspaces, meeting rooms, and event locations at special rates. You will also benefit from exclusive invitations to networking events and workshops held at our various locations.
In collaboration with PEAX AG, startup space AG offers digital forwarding of accepted mail to an address specified by the customer. This includes:
  • 200 incoming mail items per year
  • 50 mail items via upload
  • 50 mail items via PEAX email address
  • 3 automatic forwards included
  • 1 GB storage space for permanent archiving
The contract duration is either 3 or 12 months, depending on the service package, and is automatically renewed for the duration specified in the package. The contract must be canceled by the customer with a 60-day notice period before the end of the contract period. Early termination is possible under certain conditions.
Startup space AG is committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. The customer must provide all necessary information to enable appropriate customer verification. Suspicious activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Registered letters requiring personal delivery can only be received in person upon presentation of an ID (e.g. in legal proceedings) and therefore cannot be forwarded to the scanning center. Standard registered letters, on the other hand, are delivered digitally as usual.
